The Advanced Guide to How To Make Butter Chicken Masala Recipe With Diamond Masala

  1. Mix 3 tbsp of Diamond Butter Chicken Masala, lemon juice (2 tsp), yoghurt/curd (3 tbsp), oil (2 tbsp) and add to the chicken (1 kg).
  2. Let the chicken marinate for 1-3 hours. Boil chopped tomatoes (1 kg) in 2 cups of water for 10 minutes.
  3. Sieve the boiled tomatoes to remove the skin & seeds to make a puree out of it.
  4. Heat oil in a pan & add marinated chicken & cook under low flame for 3 minutes, by flipping the chicken both ways.
  5. Add tomato puree to the cooked chicken.
  6. Cover the pan & let it cook for 15 minutes under low flame.
  7. Add butter (20 gm) & cook for 5 minutes.
  8. Add cream (1/2 cup) & serve hot Butter Chicken with rice, roti or naan.
