Halim Khichda Masala – Khichada Masala – Khichda Masala Recipe

  1. Soak pealed wheat (250 gm) in water for 3-4 hours.
  2. Boil wheat & mixed dal (50gm) in a pressure cooker.
  3. Wash mutton (250 gm) well.
  4. Add 2 tbsp of ginger-garlic paste & 1 cup water to the mutton & cook it in a pressure cooker.
  5. Mix the cooked mutton, meat & dal in a pot.
  6. Add 4 tbsp of Diamond Halim Khichda Masala to the mutton mixture & let it cook for 15 minutes under low flame.
  7. Garnish the Halim Khichda with Coriander, fried onions, chopped green chillies & serve hot with lemon.
