The journey of diamond Masala began in the year 1986 as the brain child of the founder Late Mr. Badruddin Satani & his son, Mr. Abbas Satani (Kirtibhai), the Managing Director. Back in 1986, based in Ahmedabad, observing the market of adulterated spices and understanding the need of purity, the founders decided to serve quality to every household dish. This developed the foundation of the first ever retail shop with the name, M/S Kirti Food Products. With this inspiration, the company, Kirti Masala Processes Pvt. LTD operates two brands namely, Diamond Masala & Vijay Masala and serves the best quality whole, blended & ready to cook spices with the best technology and premium quality aiming to make our customer’s delicacies special.
The Place of Creating Quality: Our Plant
The finest and the best ever Stemless Chilli Powder goes through various stages of processes before we serve you. The finest chillies are picked diligently and cleaned. Then comes the important stage where the stems are cut, which ultimately improves the quality and quantity of the chillies as compared Chillies used in the market. It further goes through several quality control measures, maintaining the taste, color & the aroma of the Chilli Powder. The Premium Diamond Garam Masala is made with 25 different & unique chosen whole spices. These spices are roasted at 55–60-degree temperature. The secret of the fragrance of Diamond Garam Masala is the heat & pressure given to the spices which enhances the aroma & taste consistently for a longer period of time.
